14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We're confident in the quality of our courses and believe they will provide tremendous value to your personal and professional development. If you're not completely satisfied with a course purchase, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee under the conditions outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date and time of purchase to request a refund.

  • Your account is in good standing with no violations

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction (credit/debit card or payment account).

  • Refunds are processed promptly; however, the time it takes for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution. Typically, this can take 5–10 business days, but we cannot control third-party processing times.

2. No Questions Asked

All refund requests made within the 14-day period are honored on a no questions asked basis, except in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.

3. Digital Products and Access

Our courses and eBooks are delivered digitally with immediate access upon purchase. Refund requests are valid within 14 days.

4. Finality of Sales

After the 14-day period has expired, all sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be granted under any circumstances, except as required by Canadian law.

5. Chargebacks

In the event of a chargeback request initiated with your bank or payment provider, we reserve the right to dispute the claim by providing proof of purchase, delivery, and product access. Chargebacks made outside the scope of this policy may be considered misuse and subject to further action.

6. Response Time

  • We respond to all refund requests within 48 hours during regular business days.

  • Requests received on weekends, statutory holidays, or other widely recognized non-working days will be reviewed on the following business day.

7. Limitation of Liability

Refunds are strictly limited to the original purchase amount. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use our products.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) or any other applicable consumer protection legislation in Canada.

9. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
